Job description
Wella Company is seeking a Strategy and Insights Manager to support our US business. You will identify local consumer and shopper insights and translate them into strategic plans to grow our hair color, care, styling, and nail brands across channels.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Strategy & Insights and supporting the USA leadership team, you will partner with marketing and sales to ensure insights drive decisions and annual planning. This role is hybrid in New York or Calabasas.
