Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. Responsibilities
Interact one‑on‑one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to broaden your perspective and career.
Contribute to project deliverables, firm collateral, and the development of internal methodology.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions that improve health strategy and operations.
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
Evaluate and redesign healthcare processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Authorized to work in the US.
Experienced consultant in a healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
Strong client‑success focus, building trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.
Designer and executor of data analytics: conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets, and create strategic narratives for senior management teams.
Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and chart a path to solutions.
Prioritizes personal and professional development and is ready to stretch abilities to the next level.
Additional Information
Travel: Able to travel 80% of the time.
Salary range: $70,000‑$135,000. This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
