Our subscription product “Weekly Shef Service” has taken off and we are rapidly bringing on new segment of high quality, taste-tested shefs
It’s an amazing time for new shefs to be joining – demand and earnings have never been as high or consistent
We are also expanding this product to a few more cities across the US – so we need to acquire and onboard more high quality shefs ahead of these launches
Your role will manage both (1) the team and (2) the process for onboarding new shefs
You will own the experience from the moment a shef applies through the day they go live on the platform, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and excited throughout the process

Your Responsibilities
Owning and optimizing the onboarding process which runs from initial application through being set “live” on the platform
Managing a team of onboarding agents responsible for converting qualified applicants into active shefs
Designing and refining sales processes to optimize conversion at various stages in the funnel
Ensuring monthly onboarding goals are hit (primarily # of onboarded shefs)
Coordinating with cross-functional contributors to the onboarding process, like working with our culinary lead for taste test & menu planning steps
Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on onboarding funnel metrics, and quickly addressing problems / opportunities
Continuously improving onboarding processes by gathering feedback, running experiments, and automating where possible
