The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Strategy Consulting Business Model Reinvention - Director, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will translate vision into action, setting the tone and inspiring others to follow. In this role, you will be crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic consulting engagements to provide insights and guidance for business model reinvention
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and optimise business performance
Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with client objectives and drive business transformation
Collaborate with clients to assess business processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decision‑making and client recommendations
Oversee multiple projects, confirming alignment with strategic goals and maintaining client satisfaction
Mentor and guide teams to foster professional growth and cultivate leadership potential
Promote technological advancements and innovative solutions to enhance client engagements and outcomes
Build and maintain executive‑level client relationships to support business development and strategic partnerships
Drive thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures within the strategy consulting domain
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 9 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

Travel Requirements
Up to 80%
Salary Range
$155,000 - $410,000, dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
