Deutsche Börse Group in Cork seeks a Strategy & Transformation expert to partner with senior management, shaping priorities across Post Trading and driving operating model improvements.
You will translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, establish governance, and lead multi‑workstream programs with a focus on efficiency and value realization.
Fluent English required; German/French/Spanish a plus; master’s degree and 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate transformation are expected.
