nStretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, delivering personalized, hands-on sessions that help clients move better, recover faster, and improve flexibility long-term.
nAbout the Role:
nWe’re seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team as Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists). This is a part-time, hands-on role working directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.
nNo prior assisted stretching experience required - we provide paid training.
nWhat You’ll Do:
nDeliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
nCreate a safe, professional, and engaging experience
nEducate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency
nBuild relationships that drive retention and referrals
nMaintain client notes and manage recurring sessions
nParticipate in light sales conversations (no prior sales experience required)
nSupport studio operations and cleanliness
nRequired Qualifications:
nCandidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines, including one of the following:
nDegree in a related field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine), or
nNational certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), or
nCurrent license/certification (PT/PTA, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Yoga/Pilates/Barre Instructor)
nApplicants with strong movement backgrounds (such as dance or similar training) are also encouraged to apply.
nMust be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.
nTraining (Paid):
nAll team members complete our proprietary Flexologist Training Program:
n~20 hours of online coursework
n2 days of in-person, hands-on training
