nStretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, helping clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and move better in everyday life. Our team delivers a personalized, hands-on experience that supports long-term health and mobility.
nAbout the Role: We’re seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team as Flexologists. This is a part-time, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.
nNo prior assisted stretching experience is required - we provide paid training.
nWhat You’ll Do
nDeliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
nCreate a safe, professional, and engaging client experience
nEducate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency
nBuild relationships that drive membership retention and referrals
nMaintain client notes and manage recurring appointments
nSupport studio growth through referrals and light sales conversations
nAssist with studio cleanliness and day-to-day operations
nRequired Qualifications
nCandidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines, including either a degree in a related field (e.g., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine), a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), or current licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist/Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Yoga/Pilates/Barre instructor. Applicants with a strong movement background (such as dance or similar training) may also be considered. Must be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.
nTraining (Paid)
nAll Flexologists complete our proprietary training program:
n~20 hours of online coursework
n2 days of in-person, hands-on training
