Hartford Healthcare seeks a Stroke Center Nurse Coordinator to support comprehensive stroke care across our leading not-for-profit system. In this role, you’ll coordinate time-sensitive stroke workflows from triage through discharge, collaborate with neurologists and interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to evidence-based stroke protocols.
