Job description
Burke Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Stroke Unit in White Plains, New York. This full-time position manages the rehab program 24 hours a day, leading a team of 40-50 staff across various shifts. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in clinical rehabilitation nursing and management, with a required Bachelor's in nursing and a preference for a Master's degree.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, nursing practice, and collaborating on clinical programs. The role also requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a house supervisor role on weekends.
