Job description
CNH Industrial is seeking a Structural Design Analyst to support innovative agricultural and construction equipment development. In this role, you will perform structural analysis and FEA to evaluate loads, stress, and fatigue on frames, weldments, and components, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance. You will partner closely with design, test, and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into optimized, manufacturable structures, review test data, and refine models. Working in CNH’s collaborative, global environment, you’ll contribute to sustainable, high-impact products and continuously improve analysis tools and standards.
