Job description
Aircraft Mechanics
SkyBridge Aviation in Huntsville, AL is seeking aircraft mechanics, avionics and structures. Personnel will be performing phase maintenance, reset and modifications for UH-60, SH-60, AH-64, B1900 and CH-47. Extensive work on the main and tail rotors, engines, hydraulics, flight controls, etc. Modifications will include avionics upgrades, crew compartment upgrades, weapon system/payload upgrades and overall updates to DoD rotorcraft. Aircraft mechanics will be working in a recently upgraded hangar that is 1.17M square feet, all of which are heated and air-conditioned.
Pay Rate: Starting pay - $33.00-$36.00 an hour (candidates are eligible for raises once converted direct), per diem split available to eligible candidates
Shift: Monday – Friday
Employment Terms: 6-month contract to hire (or indefinite contract, your choice)
Position Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience. MOS 15 series experience is preferred. Phase maintenance/depot level/heavy maintenance experience required. Aircraft modification experience is a plus.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00. Medical, dental & vision. Holiday pay.
