Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional welding certifications preferred.
Proven experience as a structural welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
