What your day-to-day will look like
Conducting thorough and comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case/transaction preparation and strategy.
Drafting well-written and reasoned legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
Assisting and Managing complex cases or transactions from inception to closing including preparing for trials, negotiations, settlements, closings, and other legal activities while continuously demonstrating strong judgement.
Building, maintaining, and cultivating strong client relationships by providing support and advice whilst addressing concerns promptly and with the utmost professionalism.
Working collaboratively with other lawyers and business professionals to support and develop innovative case and transaction strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
About you
You will have:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant structured finance role.
Be admitted to the state bar of your desired office location.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Sound business judgement and a commercial mindset.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Confident and persuasive communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
