Job description
Sunrock Distributed Generation, a developer and financer of solar assets across the USA, seeks a Structured Finance Associate to support end-to-end M&A transactions, project investments, financings, and portfolio reporting.
In this role, you will build and QA financial models, coordinate due diligence data rooms, manage information requests, and assist tax equity and sponsor equity financing facilities. This is a highly analytical position with direct exposure to deals.
