Job description
HNTB is seeking an industry-best Structures Department Manager to lead and grow our bridge and structures practice across Northern New England, including Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. You will shape a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships, and deliver major transportation projects.
You will oversee growth, staff mentoring, and the department's strategic execution, while collaborating across offices to ensure quality, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
