Job description
MasTec is seeking a Structures Foreman to lead field crews constructing and maintaining utility and energy-related structures for large-scale infrastructure projects. In this role, you will supervise daily field activities, interpret structural plans, coordinate labor, equipment, and materials, and ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to MasTec quality standards. You will champion a strong safety and teamwork culture while mentoring crew members and supporting their growth. This position offers hands-on leadership opportunities on critical power, renewables, and communications projects across North America.
