Job description
Spicer Group is seeking a Structures Practice Lead to direct vertical structure projects and mentor technical staff. This role drives quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while shaping the Growth of the Development & Buildings service area.
You will lead client engagement, contribute to proposals and contracts, and oversee marketing initiatives to showcase the practice’s expertise across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry disciplines.
