Job description
MasTec is seeking a Structures Superintendent to lead field construction of structural components on major utilities and energy projects. In this on-site role, you will supervise crews building concrete and steel structures, ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards, and coordinate closely with project managers and engineers. You will manage schedules, materials, and subcontractors while enforcing MasTec’s strong safety culture.
