TMC is Now Hiring Student CDL-A Company DriversGet Your CDL-A with TMC - Earn $500 per Week While You TrainFirst-Year Drivers at TMC Earn Up to $100,000 Annually
How Paid CDL Training Works:
Training Schedule:
Week 1: Classroom instruction
Week 2: Equipment familiarization
Week 3: Test for CDL at TMC training center, TMC will submit to your home states DMV
Weeks 4-7: Paid OTR training with certified driver trainer
Start your career as a TMC flatbed driver!
Paid travel to and from the training center, plus lodging during training
TMC's training centers are located in Des Moines, IA & Columbia, SC
At TMC, We Offer:
First-year drivers earn up to $100,000 annually
Home weekends
Paid training - $500 a week from day one through your final week on the road
No upfront cost for training
$125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping
Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
$600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck

CDL Learner's permit from your state of residence
No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
