Job DescriptionTMC is Now Hiring Student CDL-A Company Drivers Get Your CDL-A with TMC - Earn $500 per Week While You Train First-Year Drivers at TMC Earn Up to $100,000 Annually \ N
How PaidCDL Training Works: \ N Training Schedule:
\ N Week 1: Classroom instruction
\ N Week 2: Equipment familiarization
\ N Week 3: Test for CDL at TMC training center, TMC will submit to your home states DMV
\ N Weeks 4-7: Paid OTR training with certified driver trainer
\ N Start your career as a TMC flatbed driver!
\ N Paid travel to and fromthe training center, plus lodging during training
\ N TMC's training centers are located in Des Moines, IA & Columbia, SC
\ N
At TMC, We Offer: \ N First-year drivers earn up to $100,000 annually
\ N Home weekends
\ N Paid training - $500 a week from day one through your final week on the road
\ N No upfront cost for training
\ N $125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
\ N Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping
\ N Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
\ N $600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck
