Free Cna Training At Nhc SomervilleFree CNA training at NHC Somerville. 2-week class | Unpaid training | Opportunity to apply for employment afterward.Thank you for your interest in the state-certified Nurse Aide Training Program at NHC Somerville. Our program is a fast-paced training class that is completed in just two weeks.Upcoming Class InformationOrientation: November 27, 2026 Class Dates: November 30–December 11, 2026To be considered for the class, you must provide the following at the time of your interview:Completed applicationValid photo identificationSocial security cardBecause the class is only two weeks in duration, no absences or tardiness are permitted. Students must pass each test with a score of 80% or greater to continue in the course.Books, Supplies & Dress RequirementsA $40 deposit for books and supplies will be required on the first day of class. This deposit will be returned upon graduation.Students will also be required to purchase one set of scrubs to wear each day during class and clinical training.Background RequirementsWe will conduct a criminal background check and review the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults.Individuals with a felony conviction, certain misdemeanor charges, and/or placement on an abuse registry may not be eligible for admission into the class.Class SelectionIf you are accepted into the class, you will receive a phone call on or before the Friday prior to the class by 10:00 a.m.Students are selected based on:Center staffing needsCandidate shift availabilityEntrance exam scoreCandidate flexibilityPrevious work historyAttitude and overall qualificationsThe best-qualified candidates will be selected for the class.Employment OpportunitiesEmployment opportunities may be available upon successful completion of the course.
