Job description
Stepful, a workforce platform, is seeking a Product-owned role to unify student engagement across enrollment, onboarding, and milestones. You will define the next-best-action logic, own the automated comms stack in tools like Customer.io, and measure impact with experiments and holdouts.
This is a builder-and-owner role reporting into Product. You’ll work hands-on on lifecycle flows, drive outcomes, and shape how AI-assisted communications scale while preserving a human touch.
