In the Salon, You Will:
As a hairstylist student , you will be an integral part of the salon flow:
Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
What You Bring to the Chair:
Current Enrollment: You are a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
Flexibility: Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize your peak learning and earning potential.
Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Passion: A willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.
