Job description
Duke University seeks a Medical Assistant to support patient access and experience in the Student Health setting. You will welcome students, verify insurance, arrange visits, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care.
You will perform clinical tasks such as obtaining histories, taking vital signs, preparing for exams, drawing labs, and assisting with procedures, all while maintaining sterile techniques and accurate documentation in Epic.
