Job description
GMH Communities seeks a General Manager to lead a student living community in West Lafayette, IN. You will drive resident satisfaction, oversee daily operations, budgeting, leasing, and on-site staff performance.
You will partner with marketing to create leasing strategies and maintain strong relations with university partners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4 years in student/multi-family housing, 2–3 years in management, and proven financial and leadership skills.
