Job description
Saddleback Church is seeking a dynamic Student Ministries Coordinator for its Irvine campus. You will help plan weekend worship services for Jr High and High School students, and equip volunteer teams to run the weekend experiences with warmth and spiritual focus.
The role supports small groups, volunteer recruitment, and events, while providing pastoral care for families. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a background in student ministry and collaboration across campus teams.
