Job description
As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic, social-emotional, and attendance support to students. You will deliver tutoring and small-group instruction, mentor students to build positive relationships and growth mindsets, and track progress with teachers and school staff. In City Year’s collaborative, inclusive culture, you’ll receive training, coaching, and professional development while contributing to educational equity and helping create a safe, engaging learning environment where all students can thrive.
