As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a public school, providing tutoring, small-group instruction, and mentorship to help students stay on track academically and socially. You will build positive relationships, support classroom activities, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers and teammates to create an inclusive learning environment.
