Job description
City Year is seeking an entry-level Student Success Coach and Mentor to support students across grades at partner schools. You will coach and mentor students to improve academics, attendance, and behavior, while collaborating with teachers on classroom activities.
We provide training and ongoing guidance as you help students build essential skills and a positive school mindset through structured coaching, small groups, and whole-school initiatives.
