Job description
As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will serve in a partner public school, providing academic support, mentoring, and engagement for students. You will work closely with teachers to deliver small-group and one-on-one tutoring, track student progress, and facilitate social-emotional learning activities. In City Year’s collaborative, inclusive culture, you will receive training, coaching, and leadership development while contributing to a more just and equitable education system and helping students reach their full potential.
