Job description
As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school to help students thrive. You’ll provide daily academic and social-emotional support, track progress, and collaborate with teachers to deliver targeted interventions. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with students, lead small groups, and support classroom activities.
