Job description
City Year is seeking a Student Success Coach and Mentor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this role, you will provide in-class support, small group tutoring, and one-on-one mentoring, helping students build skills, confidence, and strong learning habits. Working closely with teachers and a diverse AmeriCorps team, you will track student progress, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and participate in ongoing training.
