Job description
As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning team, you’ll provide tutoring, mentoring, and classroom support while tracking student progress and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and AmeriCorps teammates, receive ongoing training and leadership development, and help advance educational equity and student success every day.
