Job description
As a Student Success Coach and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic and social-emotional support to help students stay on track to graduate. You’ll tutor in classrooms and small groups, build strong mentoring relationships, and encourage positive attendance and behavior. Working closely with teachers and a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll track student progress, support school-wide activities, and participate in ongoing training focused on social justice, leadership, and professional growth.
