This position is open to students who are at least 16 years of age at the time of application. The primary responsibility of a student worker is to assist in the assigned department, site, or area, which may include custodial, grounds, maintenance, technology, or classroom tutoring. Student workers are expected to maintain satisfactory academic performance and attendance, as outlined below, and are allowed to work only during non-instructional hours, including distance-learning times. Salary Range $13.33/hr. This is a part-time, non-benefitted position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities will be specific to the assigned department, site, or area.Must follow oral and written directions; communicate effectively with others.Must maintain a consistent professional demeanor.Requirements:Must report to the department, site, or area in accordance with the established hours of work agreed upon with the supervisor.Must report absences in the prescribed manner.Must be passing all classes with no F's. Grade checks will be conducted quarterly.School attendance is mandatory. If absent from school, the student is unable to work on that day.No transportation will be provided by the department/organization.
