Job description

Studio Admin and Customer Care Specialist

Art of Life Photography | Chamblee, GA | Full-time, in person

The heart of our studio

Every family and school we work with talks to this person first. You're the voice on the phone, the reply in their inbox, and the smile at the front desk. When a parent has a question about their senior's gallery or a school needs help with an order, you're the one who takes care of it and makes them glad they called.

No photography experience needed. We're looking for someone who loves people, keeps things organized, and enjoys solving problems. Customer service experience and familiarity with Intercom are a big plus.

Who we are:

Art of Life Photography has been making art from this beautiful thing called life for over 21 years. We photograph high school seniors and partner with more than 20 schools across Atlanta, creating artistic, expressive images of students. Our team is creative, communicative, and committed to our goals. We work hard, we support each other, and we like to laugh along the way.

What we expect of everyone

Care. Value and honor your part of the process.

Believe in team. We all do our part and support each other.

Take care of people, always.

Keep learning, growing, and trying new ideas.
