Alteration Specialists in New York City and Roslyn is seeking a Studio Experience Manager to lead client experience and front‑of‑house operations across our studios. This leadership role owns the client journey from first fitting through final pickup, ensures operational excellence, and partners with the Tailoring Shop Manager to balance service with production capacity.
