Riser Fitness in Happy Valley, OR seeks a General Manager for its Studio team to drive membership growth, manage sales, and train Sales Associates. You will hire and supervise instructors, oversee daily operations, and guide performance using ClubReady and detailed reporting.
Strong English, sales experience, and exceptional organization are required to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment. This full-time role offers a base salary of $58,000–$60,000 with bonuses up to $18,000, plus benefits
