JETSET Pilates Wayzata seeks a General Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach staff, and grow the client base. The GM will model the brand and oversee service quality, marketing efforts, and financial performance.
The role requires managing class schedules, staff development, and ensuring a strong fitness experience. In addition to class instruction, the GM will collaborate with leadership to drive membership growth and community partnerships.
