Job description
Barry’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a single studio, owning overall operations, client experience, people management, and performance. The role requires passion for health and wellness, ability to lead a team, and to work with local and remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
The General Manager will drive daily operations, recruit and onboard staff, manage budgeted hours, and partner with marketing and leadership to maintain brand standards and culture across the studio.
