Job description
Camarito Fitness LLC (CamFit) is seeking a General Manager to lead coaching, sales, and studio operations at our Mount Juliet, TN location. This role drives membership growth, delivers high-energy Orangetheory classes, and builds a culture that inspires staff and members.
You will manage revenue performance, lead a coaching team, and coordinate onboarding, training, and performance conversations to achieve KPIs and guest experience goals.
