Job description
JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of our Boulder studio, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving membership growth. You’ll support instructors, manage front desk operations, and collaborate with the GM to hit membership, retention, and revenue goals.
In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll greet clients, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure a five-star first impression. Availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
