nStudio Manager, Perspire Sauna Studio – Champaign IL Start Date: TBD
nPerspire Sauna Studio is bringing infrared wellness and red light therapy to Champaign! We are seeking an active, hands-on Studio Manager who can seamlessly balance daily front-of-house operations with local community marketing and member outreach.
nThis is a dynamic, multi-faceted role: a large portion of your time is spent leading on the studio floor alongside your team—handling guest check-ins, closing membership sales, executing outbound lead calls, and managing suite turn-times—while also overseeing overall studio operations, team culture, and local marketing outreach to grow our member base.
nWhat You’ll Be Doing
nFront-Line Execution & Studio Operations: Lead by example on the floor. Welcome guests, pitch and close memberships, conduct rapid suite sanitization and turns between sessions, manage laundry, and maintain an immaculate studio environment.
nCommunity Outreach & Local Marketing: Partner with ownership to drive new lead growth. Build relationships with local businesses, coordinate corporate wellness perks, organize tabling events/giveaways, and actively represent Perspire in the Champaign community.
nOutbound Sales & Lead Follow-Up: Drive lead conversion through active outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective members and missed intro sessions.
nTeam Leadership & Operational Reliability: Hire, train, schedule, and coach a high-performing MSA team. Oversee daily opening/closing procedures with 100% punctuality, manage studio supplies/inventory, and cover shifts as needed to ensure zero disruption to studio operations.
nWhy You’ll Want to Work Here
nPerformance Incentive: Competitive base pay plus bonuses tied to sales performance and membership growth.
nEngaged Ownership: Direct support from local owners who value clear communication, accountability, and operational excellence.
nCareer Growth: Expand your experience across sales, hospitality, operations, and local business marketing.
nWhat You Need to Bring
nHands-On Work Ethic: Willingness to jump straight into all daily tasks—from high-energy sales pitches to physical room cleaning and laundry management in a fast-paced environment.
nSales & Outreach Mindset: Background in sales, field marketing, or customer service with a proven ability to ask for the sale and initiate local outreach.
nUncompromising Punctuality & Reliability: Zero tolerance for late studio openings. You take pride in being dependable and keeping operations running seamlessly.
nOpen Availability: Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak business hours.
nIf you are a dependable, growth-minded leader who thrives in an active, multi-tasking environment, we want to hear from you.
