Position: Studio Manager
nBODY20 is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

nResponsibilities
nThe Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
nProvide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
nResponsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
nAttend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
nEnsure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
nHost weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
nPlan and promote special events for the studio monthly
nResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
nQualifications
n1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
n1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management
nMinimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
