nSUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

nAs a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales teams in our facility. This critical position requires a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the Studio Manager must execute lead-generation strategies to increase membership sales and revenue. Promote the health and wellness benefits of a healthy lifestyle. This leader must possess a high caliber of coaching and staff development. A successful employee in this position can perform the following duties.

nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES

nSales and Operations Management: Efficiently manage and exceed OTF sales and operational budgets, ensuring adherence to business policies and driving revenue growth

nTeam Leadership and Development: Lead and coach OTF staff, ensuring high performance through effective training, evaluation, and mentorship

nSales Strategy and Execution: Coordinate sales drivers, oversee sales process, and maintain OTF class size through promotional initiatives

nCustomer Service and Community Engagement: Provide Exceptional customer service, resolve issues effectively, and plan engaging events to enhance community involvement

nOperational Excellence: Enforce corporate policies, maintain front desk systems, and ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency

nPerformance Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct staff performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in sales, service, and operations

nJOB REQUIREMENTS

nDemonstrate High Performance: Show competitive drive and deliver results at a high level.

nEffective Management Skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks efficiently, including managing difficult customer and employee situations

nInterpersonal and Communication Skills: Connect effectively with members, the community, and the public. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

nBusiness Acumen: Demonstrate strong decision-making skills that add value to the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and CRMs.

nEducation and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in retail or direct sales management/lead generation systems.
