nThe Studio Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and success of the Las Vegas market. This role oversees both studio operations and fitness functions, ensuring exceptional client experiences, strong team development, operational excellence, and adherence to BODYROK brand standards.
nAs a leader in the Las Vegas market, the Studio Manager is accountable for the studio's financial performance, team culture, member experience, and execution of company initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Las Vegas team and company leadership while helping prepare the market for future expansion.
nThe Studio Manager recruits, hires, trains, develops, and schedules a diverse team and provides leadership and direction to ensure the team achieves goals.This position is responsible for communicating and upholding company policies, and standards and delivering on our commitment to a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio.
nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
nTeam Leadership & Development
nRecruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of Studio Instructors that deliver on company goals and reflect its values
nTrain, coach, and conduct planning sessions and performance reviews. Recognize strong performance and discipline when necessary
nConduct sufficient studio meetings to review performance and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals
nOversee team recognition programs (e.g. employee appreciation, birthdays, and milestones)
nBusiness Performance & Sales
nMonitor key business metrics, including revenue, membership growth, intro conversion, utilization, retention, payroll efficiency, retail sales, client satisfaction, and instructor retention; develop action plans to improve performance where needed.
nCollaborate with Corporate and partnership managers to drive sales through outside lead generation and monthly onsite events
nStudio Operations & Member Experience
nOversee all daily studio operations
nMonitor studio appearance and ensure that problems are resolved quickly at all times and deliver a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environment
nEnsure that retail is optimally merchandised, and displayed and transfers take place according to company policy and procedure
nResponsible for proper inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines. Prepare inventory reports
nManagement of third-party janitorial service
nStaff Scheduling, Payroll & Coverage
nResponsible for scheduling of Studio Instructors
nResponsible for covering instructor no shows
nOversee Time and labor protocol to company standards
nOversee payroll & commissions
nReporting & Administration
nPrepare reports and communications regarding studio operations as needed (e.g. supply logs, maintenance logs, production reports, and utilization reports)
nMaintain compliance with company policies and employment practices.
nEnsure proper use of Mindbody, NetGym, FitGrid, and all company systems
nPhysical Requirements:
nAbility to work in the studio; move about studio floors and rooms; review, revise, and create studio paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public
nAbility to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
nThe employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms
nWork Environment:
nWhile performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
nThe noise level in the environment is loud
nAbility to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the business, including frequent extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required
nTravel:
nMust provide own transportation to and from studio
nPosition:
nFull-time, Salary
nSalary includes requirement of 12 classes per week
