Job description
Be fit. Change lives. Have fun.
nNew Orangetheory studio Opening Early 2023 - Be a part of the FUN!
nDo you have a zest for life and for fitness? For changing lives and managing a team? For being in charge of the big picture as well as tiny details? If you’re nodding and smiling and all but shouting “YES!” then keep on reading, because an Orangetheory Fitness studio manager might be just the career for you.
nWe’re looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable. Who is task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. Who can motivate a sales team. Who listens. Who likes to stay fit and to have fun.
nIf something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.
nOrangetheory has a feel like no other fitness venue. It’s personal and close-knit; when members walk into a studio, they feel like they’re coming home. Plus, our workouts are backed by science, and that’s what makes them unique and awe-inspiring.
nIf you want to take on what could be the most challenging, motivating, inspiring, and rewarding career move you could ever make, we want to hear from you.
nWe’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Here’s more of what we’re looking for:
nExperience leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs
nAbility to read and comprehend P&Ls and other financial statements
nConfidence to perform on a guaranteed salary along with an incentive-based bonus
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
nEnthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
nPassion for health and wellness
nTeam player
nWilling and able to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed
n*Monthly bonus opportunity in addition to base salary *
