Studio Sales Manager beem® Light Sauna – Short Pump | Richmond, VA
Are you a natural salesperson who loves people, goals, and building a winning team?
beem® Light Sauna Short Pump is looking for a Studio Sales Manager to take ownership of our studio’s sales performance, lead and develop our team, and help drive our next stage of growth.
This is not simply an operations or front-desk management position. Sales is at the heart of this role.
We’re looking for someone who gets excited about setting goals, following up with leads, closing sales, coaching a team and finding new opportunities to grow revenue—all while creating an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN Sales & Revenue
Drive membership, package and retail sales
Own monthly studio sales goals and help develop the strategy to achieve them
Consistently follow up with new leads, first-time guests and past clients
Convert first-time guests into members and repeat customers
Identify opportunities to reactivate former guests and members
Track sales activity, conversions and other key performance indicators
Hold yourself and the team accountable to daily and monthly sales goals
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate and coach the studio team
Train employees on the beem sales process and guest experience
Help team members become confident asking for the sale and overcoming objections
Set clear expectations and follow up on performance
Celebrate wins while identifying opportunities for improvement
Create a positive, energetic and results-driven studio culture
Studio Management
Help ensure daily studio operations run smoothly
Support scheduling and staffing needs
Maintain beem's high standards for cleanliness, presentation and guest experience
Resolve guest concerns professionally and thoughtfully
Support local marketing, community partnerships and promotional events
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You may be a great fit if you:
Have a strong sales mindset and genuinely enjoy selling
Are motivated by goals, numbers and measurable results
Are comfortable calling, texting and following up with leads
Can confidently recommend memberships and packages based on a guest's needs
Have experience coaching or leading others
Are organized and consistent with follow-up
Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen
Bring positive energy and professionalism to work
Are comfortable being held accountable to sales and performance metrics
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, med spa, hospitality, membership sales, luxury retail or another goal-driven sales environment is a plus.
Previous sauna or light-therapy experience is not required . We'll teach you beem. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right sales ability, leadership skills and drive.

Position: Studio Sales Manager
Pay: $50,000-$55,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based commission. Target total compensation of approximately $75,000-$100,000+ based upon sales performance.
