What You'll Do
Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales, operations, and margins
Hire, schedule, and staff to demand within budget
Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s
Plan and promote monthly studio events
Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
What You Bring
2-5 years boutique fitness studio management with measurable results
Bachelor's in business or related field
Experience operating $600k+ annual revenue

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
