nConduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
nDemonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
nMaintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

nQualifications
nProven experience in fitness studio management or a similar role is preferred
nStrong leadership and team management skills
nSales and marketing experience is a plus
nSchedule / Expected Work Hours:
nMondays & Thursdays: 7 am - 6 pm
nTuesday & Fridays: 7 am - 1 pm
nRotational Saturdays: 7 am - 12 pm
nExpected hours: 30-40 per week
